If you're thinking about getting a cat, good idea! Fyi the season for getting a kitten is basically during the summer, I guess that's when they breed. If you're super lucky you might end up with a gorgeous calico, like the one pictured above! Good luck!!! This also happened recently. Someone decided to label their scooter. Sounds like it's product. Ok! This is an old school pic of Farnsworth, my college roommate. He was cool. He has that poster of Shawshank redemption and all those luxury cars. He also had this one of Jordan's dunk contest jumping from the free throw line. This was taken on my first digital camera, made by polaroid. It actually took pretty decent pics, in good light! In another sign that summer is here: people be getting vaccinated left and right! Hopefully those new strains don't 'strain' the health system! In another good sign of summer being here, this Zach Galifinakis lookalike is participating in the classic summer tradition of taking a selfie on a parked blue bike, or whatever he's doing... As always, a good song:

So, I guess we can't really travel that much even though it seems like the pandemic might end soon. So, while the winter snows down, we're just gonna review our favorite pics from the last trip! 1st up: bacon and tuna in a pouch: why would you do that? So that tuna pouch was in this same little convenience store in Miami where I caught this guy who likes good beer. As soon as I took his picture my phone made a noise and he spun around. Awkwardly, I scurried away, scared that he might try and talk to me. Or hurt me. I don't wanna be hurt! Dude prob wouldn't have approved of this American Flag of beer cans, unless he was allowed to drink the Stella. These displays were in a cool little bar in Orlando I went to after the Celtics dismantled the Magic. I started out in Tampa, took a random car service on Craigslist (I know!) to Orlando for that Celtics game, did a few quick chills and then went to Miami for the Celtics to eff up the Heat. On my last few days in Florida, leading up to the super bowl there was much talk of this new thing called Covid-19. Good thing that's over! Overall solid trip. This beach pic is in Miami. This guy below was just chillin' by the ocean with one quick Miller Light and strumming away on his guitar. Just happy the pic turned out cool. You can see a barge on the horizon, pretty sure. So, yea. Kinda surprised I didn't get more cool pics, but that's about the size of it. So, I'm also including this cool pic of a weird lil truck you never see around these parts. And for this post's song of the day: Damian Lillard. I know, I know, we're not supposed to take athletes' music careers seriously. But this track is good! Some people get really down and depressed during winter. I do too! But you have to give yourself small victories to look forward to to get through. I like to think about Christmas and New Year's throughout December to avoid thinking about how dark it gets so early. In January, you think about Wednesday being trash day (start fresh Thursday!!) and mark the Celtics games on your calendar. In February, you just think about how it's the shortest month of the year, and March is practically fine. In March, you remember it is still winter. It can be a very dar time. On a lighter note, here's one of the biggest boosts I've seen in a while: Some kind, gentle soul working at 7/11 decided to help the company avoid a fat lawsuit by crossing out the word 'buffalo' on this tub of chicken, and instead wrote 'roasted' not once, but twice, so everyone would know. These are some well roasted chicken wings! I guess! This is always a fun rainy day activity, find a newly renovated real estate listing in a cool town like Lynn, MA and look up the google street view to see what cool stuff they've been doing before the reno. Looks like dude is chilling shirtless having some guests on the front porch! Lovely!! Below: Some old school chillin', tryna make it through winter. Gotta watch TV sometimes. Some good tunes: Sometimes you see one roommate immitate something you saw from a previous roommate. Sometimes that means it's bad, and you need to leave. Sometimes it's just some silly trashy shit like sitting down while cooking that I've never seen before and actually kinda means keep living this this b*****.. Since it's almost Thursday, we gonna do some throwback to Tombo in college reppin Lesanto's sick barrel style liquor cabinet. We were so proud. Still are, really! Another proud moment. Dude was the king of roasting them beans. Also the man. Looked cool as well (obviously) And the very proudest of all. Holding about 3 dollars in ones in a garage full of worthless old shit. A song for all tastes. Enjoy the weekend, y'all. Shoot! There's a vaccine! We gonna be ok! This is great! And yet we still can't do cool stuff like this till more of this coronavirus wears off: Oh, wait, this was taken just a few weeks ago. I guess nothing changed. Hmmm. At least Bostonians got one more thing to complain about without having to wait for winter! Deadass, though. This has been a huge boost recently. Tombo from Boston Weather Dudes kicked off a whole new training regimen. Check out the slideshow real quick: So, yea. In the pandemic, you gotta go hard and improvise whatever workouts you can. Be cool my babies! Cool song for y'all below! If you guys were wondering what I look like with my motorcycle shit on, here it is. Part of my whole deal to get my permit was tracking down my birth certificate. Now, for some reason I thought that if I brought enough cool other documents to the RMV, they would surely see that I'm a real (semi-normal) person and just give me what I need. When I went there, after waiting a long time and finally getting to the business desk, I was shut down quickly. At least they let me take the eye test at that point, so something accomplished! Ended up paying 50 bucks to New Orleans to send me the thing, so all ended up fine but I found a few cool things digging around in my old docs. Like this report card from when I was like 5 years old: Whoops, may have overcorrected on that front! If you know me, you probably know what Im talkin' about. Must have been doing something right, though! Prob set the record for most Panther Awards no question at all! Deadass caught a leaf while riding my bike. This is a picture. It is not staged. I hope everyone believes me and cares a lot. So, I'm gonna come clean on this one. Got a shotload of likes for my recent post about 'my' woodworking for some plant stands...Well, they belong to my roommate, Don Gino. Sometime maybe I'll make something. This track is good: Dude was saying today, "I don't need to explain to anyone the implications of shutting down the city of Boston again." Not tryna get political, just saying. When did the city unshut? I have no idea when any of this is happening. Um, maybe I'm just not paying attention. As long as I'm really scared all the time, I think I'm doing the right thing... So, I know there's millions of tv shows out there and no real reason to watch any of them. But if you have hbo, this one is kinda funny. Its got Macaulay Culkin's little brother, playing pretty much the guy we were all expecting/hoping Macaulay to become (adult spoiled dick). The actual trailer was kind of milquetoast, but if you watch this clip you get a sense of some of the funny stuff. Will Farrell has some producer role or something... Just going through some of my old bookmarks. I apparently wanted to keep tabs on the 500 dollar jacket. I'm never going to buy it 100%, but if you've been trying to find one for 5 hondo, here you go dude, your welcome! Whatever Danilo Gallinari is a great fit, but ultimately the Celtics will lose out to one of the splashier teams, if he takes a bargain basement contract. Saddiq Bey is who they should be targeting with their draft pick in this reporter's opinion. If you believe the narrative that they weren't healthy, but otherwise had enough talent, even you will probably agree with an Aron Baynes reunion. Not gonna get much splashier than that, I'm afraid. But if he's a bucket, it's a chip. The entertainment value is there. Unless...is that Al Horford lurking in the background??!! Danny!!! Trying to end these on a good note. Of music. Enjoy. So, yea still dealing with some BS from the RMV about getting my motorcycle permit. Only after I registered it did I realize that was necessary and now they want me to track down a birth certificate. So I called the records department in New Orleans (yep) and they transferred me to this website called vital check. I hope it's legit. They're charging me 50 bucks with 'expedited' shipping, so I should hopefully have that shit in 10 days. Then I gotta go back for a fourth time to get that shit, hopefully. Going through all this has made me think it might have been cooler just to get a dirtbike and not register it and just run from the cops if they ever try to pull me over. Or to get one of these preorder ebikes: Things aren't for sale yet, but for $1500, it seems like a cool thing to buy that I would never normally buy. But since I've been kinda bored recently, I DO want to waste my money. More info here: https://shop.sondors.com/pages/madmods-exclusive Speaking of my boredom, it has been most recently caused by wiping out on my road bike and skinning my knees like a little elementary school kid. It does hurt though. No worries I'll be back out there next week doing reckless stuff. Kinda doesn't feel like it should be winter yet, because we got a bit gypped on the whole summer thing with Corona. Here's a pic from some recent porch hangs. Prob won't be doin' this for a while! So, you gotta figure out how to do some indoor activities. My recent is that I'm transforming my closet into a recording booth (studio). It's not finished yet, and you would never guess the absurd amount of time seemingly little projects like this can turn out to take if you don't have any skills. But I am proud. Hoping once it's finished I can improve on my rap production, if not my actual skill. If you want to know where I was at pre-pandemic, here's a taste: soundcloud.com/fouadollas. Might end up changing my stage name. Taking suggests, holla! Good Music for ya on a Thursday: Just got my first motorcycle. I don't know. Maybe it's just out of boredom from the pandemic. Well, technically I have had cycles with motors, but none that are street legal. So this one is. It's a Yamaha XT225 from 2001. And I can't stop thinking about riding it. And the possible bad things that could happen if I do ride it. But those aren't even my primary concerns. If I am to ride it, I'll need to get it legal fully for myself. I actually managed to register it somewhat painlessly, with only TWO trips to the RMV. But I checked with some experts and apparently you need a motorcycle license to ride. Whatever. But this time, you can't just waltz into a 45 minute line to drop off and pick up shit at the RMV, you gotta go through the appointment process. Which requires you to schedule a time 2 weeks out and either battle parking in Boston or drive to Western Mass or North Mass or some other weird part of it. So, yea, whatever dude. Guess I'll try this shit in a couple weeks and let y'all know. Anybody catch the Pats game last night? Anybody sober last night? Yea, for real, no need to watch the highlights. Tho Russell Wilson is the real deal. That's a good reason. Leaving on a good note here. I'm pretty old school with my music tastes, but you gotta appreciate this muzak: Silver linings seemingly come for rich people only, according the the news you see on your mobile phone feed. For example, Michael Jordan just joined Draft Kings, and some rich people made millions of bucks off that happening. How does the economy work? Whatever, dude!! So, that is good, but I have also been hearing about people who are getting info from sources elsewhere than their news feed. Books, is what they called it. Probably gonna try that if I can figure out how to get my hands on these so-called books. We still talking about MJ and the last dance? No? Ok, good. My roommate got a bicycle recently. I don't think he understands its purpose yet. We'll get him learned up in no time, don't you worry. So youtube has movies you can watch now. Most are kind of B movies and there are ads, but if you have watched every single minute of every single program on netflix, this could be your man. My man! Um, yea not a lot to talk about right now. Just the same old run around about how politics are doing stuff and all that. We're working on your request for more content as we speak. For now, just comment below and buy a shirt in the "SHOP"!!!
